System Full Kit
I ordered proactive and they automatically signed me up for another full shipment..I'm really upset plz answer?
I ordered the trial size system of proactive for 19.95 plus 5.95 s&h. When i ordered the trial system they automatically signed me up for a full 60 day kit of proactive for 39.95 to be delivered to my house in 30 days. I do not want that! I dont know how to cancel it either. Also to top it all off i chose the green tea lotion for my face instead of the refining mask and they sent me the refining mask. I dont know what to do, Im really upset that they got my order wrong and i do not want to pay 39.95 in the next 30 days for a full kit. Can someone please help me and tell me what to do?
call them up and tell them what they did wrong....also, when your able to, cancle your prescription, because i know for a fact that it just makes the pimples on your face worse.also, alot of other girls i know tried it and had the same experience that i did...
