security camera remote access
I need an easy-to-use remote surveillance setup for my security cameras, so I can access them somewhere else.?
Any ideas? I have four ACTi cameras, used for personal security on my house, they're connected through a router, and the only thing I've found so far is http://www.noip.com, and that you have to pay for, NOTE* I'm not avoiding cost, I'll pay if it's necessary. I'm 16 having to set this all up for parents, I've had some experience in networking, but the more basic it is, the better. I can forward ports or make a domain, just having trouble finding the right sites, programs.. anything.
My security cameras already work and I have a program that records motion detection, but I need something that can allow me to access them (Watch them) from another location. For instance, away from home at family's in another state, what can I use to get on my computer from there, and access my security camera network? These cameras are outside of the house.
