How do I stop infrared glare on window glass for night/low light security surveillance?
I've tried cleaning the glass, changing the angle, and moving the camera. Video is perfect in the day but all I can see at night is a white blur (apparently a reflection of the infrared beams on the window glass)
Any suggestions?

Sorry but glass reflects infrared completely. Mythbuster's used glass to make themselves invisible to infrared motion detectors. You would need to replace the glass with special infra red transparent glass and it won't be cheap.
