iPod touch water damage?
My ipod got a bit wet a few weeks ago, but i promptly dried it off. for the first couple of weeks (roughly 2) it acted as normal, but about a week ago it would not let me use wi-fi anymore and a few days later it has begun to die faster then usual, even after being fully charged.
1. does an ipod touch have a water sensor on the inside like a cel phone does? because i know that a small piece on the inseide of my cel phone changes colors if it gets wet so they know the source of error
2.could it also just be a bug caused by the applications or somehing?
3. what would you suggest to help it? i have an appointment at the apple store tomorrow.
4.has this ever happened to you? what did you do, what was the cause of these problems?

the liquid indicator on ANY iPod is in the headphone jack. and it turns RED/PINK when iPod is subject to water
- if water damage is the case you cant get it fixed/replaced
it is out of warranty if this indicator is red/pink
also could be a bug.. to fix bug restore to factory settings
