I need a Home Alarm System, which do you recommend.?
I want to install a home alarm system, I am trying to get any good or bad feedback or reviews, to help me make choice.
I highly recommend Protection One for several reasons. They give you the system for free with a monitoring contract (I think it was a year, but can't remember for certain). You have to have the window and door contacts though. It is a basic system, but they do allow you to make substitutions. For example, I have dogs and even though I had the connections for motion detectors I didn't want to install them because they dogs are home a lot when the system would be activated and they would set it off. So, they allowed me to add some external doors in their place and they threw in 2 key bobs for free. They also charge less for monitoring than other companies do and ours is local.
