Adaptor High Resolution
High Def on XBox 360 via VDU?
Hi,
I have one of the VGA adaptor cables for the 360. I can run my box via my flat panel monitor at a res upto 1024x768 so I can attain the 720p res of 1024x720 on it. I have changed the visual settings to that ers but does this mean it is outputting hi-def visuals as if I where attached to a HD tv? Or do I need to toggle something to turn hi-res on? Nothing else appears in the monitor/resolution selection screens except res and orientation (wide/normal).
Also if I then plug it into my CRT monitor I can rnu at a res of upto 1280x1024 so can set 1280x1080 for 1080 output. Again does this mean I am getting hi-def results?
Things look MUCH better as I am obv running at a muh higher res than a standard TV screen.
